Cai Ting's 21st!!

hello there again!! I know that it has been a looong time since my last blog. Well, I really have been very busy.

There are just too many things to do!!

With my hectic schedule (who says that semester 5 is easy and free?!?!), there are hell lot to finish up!! assignments after assignments coming up even before I can finish up the one before. AANNND, not to mention those presentations as well.

anyways, enough of my ranting and I shall proceed to the highlight of my post for today!!

this will be a list of continuous posts, as there are too many events happening each near to each others!!

first, there is Cai Ting's birthday, which is on the 31st of July.

I KNOW, it is like ages ago, but with all the things happening? NOT POSSIBLE TO UPDATE MY BLOG.

okay. to the point now.

on that day itself, which is 31st of July, we had our computer quiz. So, Shiow Pyng 'asked' Cai Ting to go out for dinner using the excuse of 'releasing stress'. Cai Ting agreed, then, I thought that she should have guessed that we are going to celebrate with her, therefore, after the our quiz, we took a taxi and headed straight to a bakery shop.

We pulled her into the bakery shop and asked her to choose what she likes and we will pay for her. Not creative isn't it? But really, we have ran out of ideas planning birthday celebrations! Lol.. 

And this was what she chose:

Haha.. A really BIG birthday cake isn't it? Well, she chose it herself.. *shrugs* As long as she's happy!!

After paying for the CAKE, head towards our main destination: MINARAE.

It's a korean restaurant situated in sri petaling just near our uni. Suggested by Yee Yein as she went there with her classmates before. I did go through the reviews about this restaurant online and all of them were good!!

The restaurant is situated on the first floor, when climbing up the stairs, I noticed that there are many pictures of koreans dressed up in their traditional costumes, which is very unique. The stairs are also well-lit and which presented a feeling of welcoming its customers. The moment I entered the restaurant, I was immediately awed by the ambiance in the restaurant. It had that cosy feeling of a korean garden house. 

The restaurant is divided into two sections:

 

Section 1: with normal tables and chairs

 

Section 2: with korean styled table and chairs

Colourful little flowers increase cosiness of the restaurant

In additional, the service there was excellent too!! The moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were immediately approached by a friendly waiter and were asked which section do we prefer to dine in. Of course we chose the korean style!! Then, we were ushered to our table and were immediately given menus. 

After ordering our food, the time used while waiting for our food to arrive was of course used for ------- TAKING PICTURES!!!

All in all, it was a very satisfying day - a total 'releasing stress' day!! and to add the icing on the cake, I got 19 out of 20 questions correct for my quiz!!

 DOUBLE JOY!!!

I must really study hard for all my exams also, cause the feeling when you get to know you have achieved good results is  priceless!!

The end of year two.

Hey ya! Today marks the end of my semester four in pharmacy. Now, it will two weeks of study and then end-of-semester examination.

Huhhhhh... I am well aware that this two weeks will be two very torturous weeks to go.

Had my practical exam today and thank god it was easy! Came out at about 11 am. That means i finished by two hours! Yay!! Some of my friends got a difficult one and they came out at around 12.30. Pity them.

And at last i am back home again after two weeks of staying in my hostel. Oh boy, how i love to be home and to be lying on my own bed!!

Planning to relax and loosen up a bit today first and not to study today, will rocket forward tomorrow!! Thinking of what to eat for dinner. Planning to have some ho-liao meal after so long.

As i will be having two weeks of study break and then two weeks more of examination, therefore, i will be MIA for about a month from now onwards. BUT, maybe when i'm bored then will i come back for an update.

Owh!! And and and, went to karaoke session with adeline and chew hong last tuesday. And it was so fun! We sang from 8.30 p.m till 2.30 a.M NON-STOP. The place we went was neway in ss2, and they have a buffet dinner too! When you are taking food the people there will just come up to you and ask you which number your room is and then they will take your plate of food and send it to your room! So, you can then take another plate of food is you still want and you don't need to walk so many rounds back and forth from your room to the buffet area! However, there's one teeny weeny disadvantage is that they do not usually update their songs so frequently. But ah, its okay la, cause the songs we chose also we can't finish singing.

And also, i bought two new colours of nail polish on last friday!! Super love!! Tee hee! ^^

Okay larh, going out soon with le parents for an amazing dinner!

hello there. its me again. told cha i wouldn't neglect this blog again right? ta-da!! and here i am!! :):):) see? so good girl.. haha!!!! ^^ hehe. self praise is no praise. BUTTT.....

today, i am writing about a topic that i think everybody must have already know IF you are always on FACEBOOK or on YOUTUBE.

first, we have PSY and his famous OPPA_GANGNAM STYLE.
second, we have some australian doing their HARLEM SHAKE thang.
and now, we have some CUTE girls from korea doing CUTE videos to the kiyomi song.

what i want to say is:

IS THERE NO END TO THIS THING?

what will we have next?

owhhh.. there's one more.. some dunno guy/girl which is posting WEIRD/INSULTING/DISRESPECTFUL/CENSORED pictures of him/her through facebook.

i am posting this person as a guy/girl and him/her is because this person has stated on facebook that her gender is NEUTRAL. i mean, erm.. so? that means you have a vagina and a penis together? or you have neither both?

seriously, that person posted as a girl. --with IT having lipstick on and with ITS tee half-way worn. are you trying to insult females? or do you think its funny?

come to think of it.. there are really a bunch of people out there who will go through any means to become famous.. if that's the case, what are you thinking when you are taking those photos or when you are posting up the pictures? what do you expect people react when they see your photos? admire you for having the guts? or admire you for having a face with skin so thick?

to those of you who have taken these kind pf pictures be it a boy or girl, please think and rethink before you take them.

1. think of parents: do you want them to see your photos online and then only got to know that their angel-like kids are not as innocent as they think?

2. think of your future spouse (i mean, if you manage to get one): do you really think they will like you for who you are?

PLEASE, people whom have saw your photos DO NOT admire you.

ALL OF THEM ARE JEERING AT YOU.

i really pity your parents, and i believe it is not their fault. from where i am brought up, ALL PARENTS WANTS THE BEST FOR THEIR KIDS.

if you don't respect others, at least PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE respect your parents.

and to every child and surfers out there, please do be considerate to others before you want to post something online.

Not to be neglected any moreee!!!

okayyy.. I know I have neglect this blog for ages. i mean, look at my archive! soooo empty. the reason why i had this blog in the first place is that

1)  i had nothing to do after my exams during pre-u.
2) because my friend stephanie choo was creating one beside me at that moment.
3) i thought having a blog was a cool thang last time.

AND HENCE,  THA-DA!!!! this boring boring blog.

now, i have another very good reason to blog ANDDD determined to keep it alive as long as i can.

the reasons are:

1) i read QIUQIU's blog and it was awesome!
2) i read XIAXUE's blog and it was awesome!

there, two very good reasons why am i so determine.

first things first. i have to change the layout of my blog! shhooooo boring de. i want it to be as awesome as QIUQIU's and XIAXUE's blog!!! ^^

All set for sem 3? Not!!

Ohh myyyy... Sem 3 is here already?!?! I can't believe how fast time flies!! It was like just yesterday that i was feeling nervous bout the first day of sem 1.. And now i'm already in sem 3!!

thank god i passed all my papers and made it to the next sem each time round.. Hope to do it every sem!! Even though my results weren't that satisfying, at least i passed everything!!

Promise to self: try harder next sem!! Must do your best!! Do not slack!! Gambateh!!

14 weeks of war and its bye bye sem 3!! ;) waiting patiently for that day to arrive.. Teehee!!

back again!!!

hello there!!! i'm back again!!! it's been a while i know since i posted here... have been very very busy with my studies this sem... such a hectic schedule... the imu coordinators must think that we are machines... no needa rest.. -.-

with all the class tests, practicals, assignments going on, ohhhh mmmmyyyyyyyyy!!!! *breathless*

alas!!! the time has come!!! today's the last day!!! hip hip hurray!!!

opppssss!!! it's not sem break yet though!! :/ it's my study break!! *sobs* three weeks only accompanied by a huge stack of notes!!! not good.... :(

anyways... still manage to have a great lunch today with the parents though.. daddykins picked me up from uni back to his work place where he longed to bring us to dine ages ago... mummy was to drive there after work to meet us there..

the makan place was SUPERB!!!! totally worth the value!!! not only the oh-so-delicious food, even the deco was unique.. i was totally impressed and statisfied... *yummmsss* ^^

the restaurant is separated to three seating areas... you can choose to be seated outside or inside.. the exterior view overlooked a nice lake.. however, as it was quite hot, we choose to dine inside..

P/s i was too hungry then.. heh..

three of us ordered set lunch.. the set consist of a main dish, free flow of mushroom soup, free flow of fresh garden salad, free flow of coffee AND tea, free flow of ice-lemon tea plus a scoop of ice cream... isn't worth it?!?!!? *grins*

 mummy ordered louisiana fried chicken chop for herself... the chicken chop was fried perfectly, the skin was crispy and crunchy, but the meat was very tender and juicy... totally love it!! the fries was great too!! accompanied by some sauce this dish had my taste buds craving for more..

P/s: i always have lamb or beef if i eat western..

its was the right choice!!! the fish was so soft and fluffy there was no need for me to chew.. there was butter rice too, and my, it was just as tasty!! the chef had introduced carbonara mushroom sauce with this dish which makes it even more mouth-watering.. ^^

 the boss had a made his choice for black pepper grilled chicken.. apart from the chicken which was also cooked to perfect tenderness and juiciness was sided with a huge scoop of mushy mashed potato topped with the oh-so-yummy gravy and a handfull of boiled veggies sprinkled with olive oil.. it tasted just as good as the first two dishes..

in the mean time i must constantly remind myself that this is a study break not my sem break!!! no slacking!! must work harder!!! i must pass all my eos papers!!! hell yeah!!

i can do it!! had already gotten my three weeks of study timetable planned out.. hope that i will be following it though.. must think positively!!

ah... this post is long enough for now.. more postings to be blogged soon... if i feel like doing so.. heh..
